采用活性追踪和化学分离相结合的方法对木荷树皮甲醇提取物中的活性成分进行分离,用石油醚、氯仿和正丁醇连续萃取,经生物活性测定,正丁醇萃取物的活性最大。木荷树皮正丁醇萃取物在2 g/L质量浓度下,对小菜蛾3龄幼虫24、48 h的拒食率分别为91.30%和92.44%,拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为0.457 0、0.434 6 g/L;对菜青虫4龄幼虫,在1 g/L质量浓度下,24、48 h的拒食率分别为99.08%和96.44%,拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为0.041 9、0.055 7 g/L。
The active components in the methanolic extract of M. bidentata were separated by active tracing combined with chemical separation. The petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol were used for continuous extraction. The activity of n-butanol extract was the highest when determined by its biological activity. The antifeedant rates of n-butanol extracts of Bupleurum chinense Bunge at 91 g / L and 24,48 h at the concentration of 2 g / L were 91.30% and 92.44%, respectively, and the AFC50 values were 0.457 0, 0.434 6 g / L. For the fourth instar larvae of Pieris rapae, the antifeedant rates at the concentrations of 1 g / L and 24,48 h were 99.08% and 96.44%, respectively. The AFC50 values were 0.041 9 and 0.0557 g / L.
