Objective To investigate the effect of balance training on hemiparetic hemline function in patients with stroke. Methods Fifty-two stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n = 26) and treatment group (n = 26). The routine group was given conventional training and the treatment group received balanced functional training. Berg balance scale (BBS), Fugl-Meyer lower extremity motor function score (FAM), modified Ashworth scale (MAS) score and modified Barthel Index (MBI) were used to evaluate the lower extremity motion of the two groups before and after treatment Features. Results After treatment, the treatment group was significantly improved (P <0.05), and the control group also improved before treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the effect of the treatment group was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Balancing functional training has obvious clinical effect on improving the function of lower extremities in patients with stroke. It deserves clinical application.
