以14种不同品种灵芝为试材,比较了灵芝多糖、三萜类化合物、粗蛋白质、灰分、粗纤维、粗脂肪等主要活性成分与营养成分的含量,以期为灵芝产品的进一步开发提供依据。结果表明:不同品种灵芝多糖的含量在0.53%~3.05%,含量高的品种依次为易县采集的“野生白灵芝”“野生云芝”“泰山3号”;野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝的三萜类化合物含量在0.47%~1.47%,野生灵芝三萜含量多数高于人工栽培灵芝;人工栽培的灵芝粗蛋白质含量多数高于野生灵芝,“美芝”粗蛋白质含量高达32.05%,易县“野生赤芝”粗蛋白质含量仅为7.52%;野生灵芝的灰分显著高于人工栽培灵芝的灰分;人工栽培灵芝和野生灵芝根据品种不同,所含粗纤维、粗脂肪含量有所差异。
Fourteen different varieties of Ganoderma lucidum were used as experimental materials to compare the content of main active components and nutrients of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, triterpenes, crude protein, ash, crude fiber and crude fat so as to provide basis for the further development of Ganoderma lucidum products. The results showed that the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was between 0.53% and 3.05%, and the varieties with high content followed by “Wild White Lingzhi”, “Wild Yunzhi” and “Taishan 3” And cultivated Ganoderma lucidum were 0.47% ~ 1.47%. The content of triterpenoids in wild Ganoderma lucidum was mostly higher than that of cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. The contents of crude protein in cultivated Ganoderma lucidum were mostly higher than wild Ganoderma lucidum, Content of 32.05%, Yixian “wild Ganoderma lucidum ” crude protein content of only 7.52%; wild Ganoderma lucidum ash was significantly higher than that of cultivated Ganoderma lucidum; cultivated Ganoderma lucidum and wild Ganoderma lucidum according to different varieties, containing crude fiber, coarse Fat content vary.
