当前的信息革命;在军事领域里正在引发一场新的军事革命。其焦点就是信息战争。因此,研究信息战的基本特征,信息战对后勤力量结构、后勤保障方式、后勤保障手段的影响,以及我们可能采取的对策,对于面向21世纪的我军后勤建设,寻找新军事革命与我军后勤实际的结合点,以使我军后勤在未来信息战争中达到“保障有力”的要求是很有意义的。
The current information revolution; a new military revolution is being triggered in the military arena. The focus is the information war.
