本文介绍一种用于复杂电气设备状态监控的多路实时信号采集记录系统。该系统能通过下位机单片计算机实时捕捉电气设备实时状态信号,先将信号采集至大容量存储器,PC再通过RS232串行通信与下位单片计算机对接获取数据,进而对设备运行性能进行分析。该装置对分析越来越复杂的电控设备,及其时序和可靠性有重要作用。
This article describes a multi-channel real-time signal acquisition and recording system for the monitoring of complex electrical equipment condition. The system can capture the real-time status signals of electrical equipment through the single-chip computer of the lower computer in real time. The system collects the signals to the large-capacity memory first, and then the PC obtains the data through the RS232 serial communication and the lower single-chip computer, and then analyzes the operation performance of the equipment. The device plays an important role in analyzing the increasingly complex electronic control devices, as well as their timing and reliability.
