通过分析数控仿形加工关键技术,讨论了加工区域中运动路径生成问题的解决方法及加工方式实时调度机制,针对仿形加工中测头跟随控制问题,提出速度圆矢量分解算法,还给出了数控访形系统应用实例.
By analyzing the key technologies of CNC profiling, the solution to the problem of motion path generation in machining area and the real-time scheduling of machining methods are discussed.
