0 引言基于砷化镓等的吸收特性所设计的单波长反射式光纤温度传感器,由于系统结构简单,受到各方面的重视。然而,单波长反射式光纤温度传感器是没有光路自校准能力的强度型光纤传感器,精度较低。为了提高精度,本文通过研究提出了一种有效地提高反射式光纤温度传感器精度的技术方案。
0 Introduction Based on the absorption characteristics of gallium arsenide and other designed single-wavelength reflective optical fiber temperature sensor, due to the system structure is simple, by all aspects of attention. However, the single-wavelength reflective optical fiber temperature sensor is an optical fiber sensor with no optical path self-calibration capability and low accuracy. In order to improve the accuracy, this paper presents a technical solution to effectively improve the accuracy of the reflective optical fiber temperature sensor.
