目的:观察缺血预处理对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:夹闭左肾动脉起点以下腹主动脉35min,制作脊髓缺血损伤模型。在制作上述模型前预处理组动物夹闭腹主动脉5min,松夹10min,反复3次进行缺血预处理,术后进行神经功能评分和观察组织病理学变化。结果:与对照组相比,预处理组神经功能恢复评分明显增加(术后24h,P<0.01;48h,P<0.05),组织病理学变化明显减轻或消失。结论:缺血预处理对家兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤具有显著的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of ischemic preconditioning on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: The left aortic artery was occluded 35 minutes after the start of the left renal artery to make a spinal cord ischemic injury model. Before making the model, the animals were subjected to occlusion of the abdominal aorta for 5 min, clamping for 10 min, and ischemic preconditioning repeated 3 times. Neurological function scores and histopathological changes were observed after operation. Results: Compared with the control group, the neurological functional recovery scores of the pretreatment group were significantly increased (P <0.01; P <0.01, 48 h, P <0.05), and the histopathological changes significantly reduced or disappeared. Conclusion: Ischemic preconditioning has a significant protective effect on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits.
