2014年起,上海市建设工程管理有限公司以“国资国企改革20条”精神为指针,编制了新一轮企业发展战略规划,确立“建筑行业竞争类企业”定位,按照市场竞争的要求,深化经营机制改革,优化经营资源配置,聚力破解“主营市场竞争加剧和企业核心竞争力不足”这一瓶颈性难题,为老国企注入了发展的新活力。
