研究野山杏[Armeniaca sibirica(L.)Lam.]总黄酮对小鼠的抗急性炎症作用。采用冰醋酸致小白鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、蛋清致小白鼠足跖肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀等方法研究野山杏总黄酮对急性炎症的抑制作用。毛细血管通透性增加实验中,野山杏总黄酮各剂量组的OD值与空白对照组相比极显著降低(P<0.01);野山杏总黄酮各剂量组0.5~3.0h足趾肿胀度与空白对照组相比极显著减小(P<0.01);野山杏总黄酮各剂量组小鼠耳肿胀度与空白对照组相比极显著下降(P<0.01)。野山杏总黄酮对肿胀反应和毛细血管通透性增加有显著的抑制作用,对肿胀和渗出等局部急性炎症有一定的抑制作用。
To study the anti-acute inflammation of Armeniaca sibirica (L.) Lam.] Flavonoids in mice. The inhibitory effect of the total flavonoids of wild Yexin on acute inflammation was studied by the method of using glacial acetic acid to increase the peritoneal capillary permeability of mice, swelling the plantar of mouse induced by egg white, and swelling of the ear of mice induced by xylene. In the experiment of increasing capillary permeability, the OD value of each dose group of wild wild apricot total flavonoids was significantly lower than that of the blank control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The ear edema of mice in each dose group was significantly lower than that of the blank control group (P <0.01). Wild flavonoids flavonoids on the swelling reaction and capillary permeability increased significant inhibition, swelling and exudation and other local acute inflammation have a certain degree of inhibition.
