可持续的城镇建设已成为中国快速城镇化背景下的一个重要课题,城镇建设的生态环境实践和理论研究得到世界各国专家和学者的高度重视。本文探讨了以绿色GDP理念为导向的城镇建设的基本思路,以海南省琼中县这一个我国南部的中小城镇为例,通过引入绿色GDP理念,改进传统城市规划分析研究中的不足,提出以绿色GDP理念为导向的城镇发展目标,并提出了相应的三大发展策略:生态环保的产业发展策略、绿色基础设施优先的空间发展策略、城乡统筹的公共服务体系发展策略。 Sustainable urban construction has become an important issue under the background of rapid urbanization in China. The ecological environment practice and theoretical research on urban construction have received great attention from experts and scholars all over the world. This paper explores the basic idea of ​​urban construction guided by the concept of green GDP, taking Qiongzhong County in Hainan Province as an example. By introducing the concept of green GDP and improving the analysis of traditional urban planning, The concept of green GDP is the guiding goal of urban development and put forward three corresponding development strategies: the industrial development strategy of ecological environment protection, the green space priority development strategy and the urban and rural public service system development strategy.
