产品档案是在一种产品生产、售出全过程中形成的。产品售出以后,对于该项产品来说,似乎其价值已不存在,但是对于企业以后的生产和发展,其潜在价值却难以估量。这主要有两方面的价值:一是直接的产品再生产,完全复用该套技术档案;二是产品升级换代,以该套产品档案为基础
