在Stutz法的基础上加以改进而合成了特比萘芬。其中一条路线是以N-甲基-1-萘甲胺和6,6-二甲基庚-1-烯-4-炔-3-醇乙酸酯为起始原料,特比萘芬的收率为37.5％。
Terbinafine was synthesized based on the Stutz method. One of the routes is to start with N-methyl-1-naphthaleneamine and 6,6-dimethylhept-1-en-4-yn-3-ol acetate, The rate was 37.5%.
