球后注射氯丙嗪治疗绝对期青光眼文献报道甚少,李锦文于1986年报告后,王恩荣又报告一例因此法而引起上睑下垂,现笔者报道用此法治疗5例绝对期青光眼,进行初步分析讨论。临床资料1.一般情况:共5例5眼,其中男2例,女3例;年龄最大73岁,最小26岁,平均51.8岁。病程短者5年,长者在30年以上。均经1～3所医院确诊为青光眼、现已无光感的患者。其中伴有前房出血,并发白内障
