先学后教,培养学生自主学习能力,就是在教师指导下,学生作为主体参与到自学之中,以培养学生的学习意识和自学能力,促进学生的学习质量整体提高。这种教学理念,意味着教师从“满堂灌”向最大限度的学生自学和学生参与转变,是激励发展学生创造力的新的教学方法的尝试。这种教学方式,要求教师要善于引导思维、启迪智慧,让学生在自学中学会发现问题,提炼问题,以便更好地参与教学活动。那么,怎样指导学生自学呢?根据我校
After the first education, to develop students ’ability to learn independently is under the guidance of teachers, students as the main body to participate in self-study to cultivate students’ learning awareness and self-learning ability, and promote the overall quality of student learning. This teaching philosophy means that teachers from “full house” to the maximum student self-learning and student participation in the transformation, is to encourage the development of student creativity of new teaching methods. This kind of teaching method requires teachers to be good at guiding thinking, enlightenment wisdom, let students learn to discover problems in self-study, refine problems, in order to better participate in teaching activities. So, how to guide students to self-study? According to my school
