异位甲状腺是胚胎发育上的一种异常,由于不常见且位置变异,临床上容易漏诊和误诊。兹将我院1965～1988年间收治的15例作一小结。一般资料本组病例中13例经手术治疗并经病理证实。1例经活检确诊,因患者年龄太小(9岁)暂不手术,追踪观察。其中舌甲状腺9例、颈甲状腺4例,胸骨后甲状腺1例,气管内甲状腺1例。平均起病年龄30岁左右,女性占绝大多数(13/15)。术前1
Ectopic thyroid gland is an abnormality in embryonic development. It is easy to miss and misdiagnosis due to uncommon and positional variation. I will hospital from 1965 to 1988 admitted to 15 cases for a summary. General information 13 patients in this group were surgically treated and confirmed by pathology. One case was diagnosed biopsy, because patients are too young (9 years old) not surgery, follow-up observation. There were 9 cases of tongue thyroid gland, 4 cases of thyroid thyroid gland, 1 case of posterior thyroid gland and 1 case of tracheal thyroid gland.
