结节病患者中肺侵犯约占80%以上,本研究证实结节病患者BAL 中肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)所表达的IL-2受体(IL-2R)数量的增加与血清可溶性IL-2R(SSIL-2R)水平升高密切相关,而肺泡淋巴细胞(AL)的IL-2R 数量与SSIL-2R 水平无任何关联.方法选择21例肺功能损伤的结节病患者和11例无肺功能损伤的患者为实验组,所有患者均经X 线诊断和组织学证实.对照组包括接受BAL 的5名健康人和接受SSIL-2R 测定的7名健康人.SSIL-2R 测定采用ELISA 法,细胞表面IL-2R 用免疫细胞化学染色检测,AM 表面的CD25染色采用SAMBA 图象分析系统区分的阳性和阴性.灌洗细胞IL-2R mRNA 的表达采用窄缝式点杂交法检测。
Stroke in patients with sarcoidosis accounts for about 80% or more, this study confirmed that patients with sarcoidosis BAL in alveolar macrophages (AM) expressed IL-2 receptor (IL-2R) increased the number of serum soluble IL- 2R (SSIL-2R), while the number of IL-2R in alveolar lymphocytes (AL) had no correlation with the level of SSIL-2R.Methods Twenty-one patients with sarcoidosis of lung injury and 11 patients without pulmonary The patients with functional impairment were experimental group and all patients were confirmed by X-ray diagnosis and histology.The control group consisted of 5 healthy people receiving BAL and 7 healthy people receiving SSIL-2R assay.The SSIL-2R assay was performed by ELISA, Cell surface IL-2R was detected by immunocytochemical staining, CD25 staining on AM surface was positive and negative by SAMBA image analysis system, and the expression of IL-2R mRNA in lavage cells was detected by slit-dot hybridization.
