对来自澳大利亚、巴西、印度、南非及中国的7种铁矿粉的同化性进行了实验测定和因素考察.结果表明,不同产地、类型的铁矿粉同化性差异明显,印度矿的同化性最高,最低同化温度为1235℃,其SiO2含量为9.52%,结晶水含量为5.67%,为颗粒疏松的赤铁矿;同化性最弱的南非矿的最低同化温度为1355℃,MgO含量高达2.37%,结晶水含量为0.05%,为结构致密的磁铁矿;铁矿粉的MgO和自然二元碱度R2与其同化性呈负相关关系,而SiO2含量、Al2O3含量、结晶水含量、气孔率等与其同化性呈正相关关系;铁矿物晶粒粒度组成较细,结构疏松的铁矿石具有相对高的同化性.
The assimilation of seven iron ore powders from Australia, Brazil, India, South Africa and China was investigated experimentally and the factors were investigated.The results showed that the assimilation of iron ore from different producing areas and types differed significantly and the assimilation of Indian iron ore was the highest , The minimum assimilation temperature is 1235 ℃, the SiO2 content is 9.52% and the crystal water content is 5.67%, which is loose hematite. The MgO and natural binary alkalinity R2 of iron ore powder have a negative correlation with their assimilation, while SiO2 content, Al2O3 content, crystal water content, porosity and so on And its assimilation was positively correlated; iron ore grain size composition is thin, loose iron ore has a relatively high assimilation.
