目的探讨盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液在高血压急症中的临床应用效果。方法选取该院于2012年10月—2013年5月间收治的高血压急症患者110例接受拉贝洛尔治疗。观察患者在不同时间段中的血压变化与心率状况,实时检测治疗前后的肝肾功能变化情况。结果治疗后,在不同的时间段内,患者的收缩压和舒张压的变化情况与治疗前相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高压症的急症临床诊治中,盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液能够降低患者的血压,有效改善患者的肾脏功能,疗效较好,安全快捷,无副作用反应,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of labetalol injection in hypertensive emergency. Methods 110 cases of hypertensive emergency patients admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to May 2013 were treated with labetalol. The changes of blood pressure and heart rate in different time periods were observed. The changes of liver and kidney function before and after treatment were detected in real time. Results After treatment, the changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients at different time points were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, the labetalol hydrochloride injection can reduce the blood pressure of patients and effectively improve the renal function of the patients. The effect is good, safe and quick, and has no side effects. It is worth to be popularized and applied clinically.
