随着社会经济、科技的发展,医学模式的转变,护理模式已从传统的“以疾病为中心”转化为“以病人为中心”的整体护理。病人做为一个社会的特殊群体对精神文化需求、健康知识需求越来越高,因此健康教育已成为整体化护理中的重要内容。我院自1997年9月开展整体护理以来,运用护理程序对280例择期手术患者进行了健康教育指导,使他们顺利渡过了手术关、感染关、康复关,取得了满意效果,现介绍如下。一、应用护理程序制定健康教育程序 (一)健康教育评估是健康教育程序的第一步,估计是通过收集资料发现与确认患者的健康问题。良好的护患关系是准确收集患者详细信息资料的基础。择期手术的患者由于各种原因往往出现焦虑、抑郁情绪,恶性肿瘤病人还易出现消沉、绝望等

As a special social group, patients have more and more spiritual and cultural needs and health knowledge needs. Therefore, health education has become an important part of holistic nursing. Patients for elective surgery often appear anxiety, depression, malignant tumor patients are prone to depression, despair, etc.
