作为基层行处的领导,要在工作中实现其领导职能,关键在于其是否有影响力,是否有威信,也就是说是否具备良好的领导方法。一般来说,基层行处领导者的经验,是从实践中总结出来的,是极其宝贵的。但经验型的领导,却习惯于凭老经验办事,有旧框框束缚,往往会阻碍新事物的发展。为此,在不断开拓、革新的信息时代,作为基层行处的领导,需要充实新思想,学习新知识,从事必躬亲转变到真正抓大事、实事上来。
As a leader at the grass-root level, the key to achieving its leadership function in work lies in whether it has influence and prestige, that is, whether it has a good leadership approach. In general, the experience of leaders at the grassroots level is summed up in practice and is extremely valuable. However, experiential leaders are accustomed to acting on their old experiences and shackled by the old frameworks, which often hinder the development of new things. Therefore, in the era of constant development and reform, as the leader of grassroots workplaces, we need to enrich new ideas, learn new knowledge, change hands from bow to heart, and truly grasp major events.
