金属元素是对人体有着重要生理作用的物质,受到医药界、生物化学界的重视。中药则是补充和治疗人体元素缺乏症及调节各元素相互关系的重要来源,因此,分析和研究各种中药中的金属元素含量及作用机理显得非常迫切和重要。 ICP-AES法测定中药灰份中的多种元素,由于其良好的分析特性比原子吸收法和中子活化法显得简便、适用。本文报道了ICP-AES法同时测定多种中药灰分中的Mo、Cr、Zn、Co、Ni、Mn、Fe、Mg、V、Cu、Ti、Sr、Li、K等元素,取得了较好的效果。试验部分
Metal elements are substances that have an important physiological role on the human body and are valued by the medical and biochemical communities. Traditional Chinese medicine is an important source for supplementing and treating human element deficiency and regulating the interrelationship among elements. Therefore, it is very urgent and important to analyze and study the content and mechanism of metal elements in various traditional Chinese medicines. ICP-AES method for the determination of a variety of elements of ash in traditional Chinese medicine, because of its good analytical properties than atomic absorption and neutron activation method is simple and applicable.
