以工业换热器的物料投入量、加热蒸汽量等为控制对象,对工业换热器出口温度进行分析,建立了换热器换热过程的数学模型,根据换热器运行过程中出口温度与物料投入量、加热蒸汽量的关系,运用模糊控制技术和PID自整定控制方法组成模糊自整定PID控制器。设计了一个具有前馈环节的模糊控制系统,并用MATLAB软件的Simulink对该控制系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,系统动态性能和控制精度与传统的的PID自整定控制方案相比,都有了较大的提高。
Taking the input amount of material and heating steam of industrial heat exchangers as control objects, the outlet temperature of industrial heat exchanger is analyzed, and the mathematical model of heat exchanger heat exchange is established.
