由于井身构成的特别性,水平井分层试油工艺中使用率最高的常规技术不能安全准确地进行分段分层,同时针对性的开展试油排液作业来落实地层产能和地层液性具有较大难度。本文以水平井试油排液方面存在的问题为依据,着力建立一种使用ISP封隔器+环空单流阁等设备搭配组成的水平井进行有选择地分层试油技术,采用ISP封隔器分段落分层次进行有效分离,连通管柱与地层的工序是利用环空单流阀设备,在很大程度上促进了水井平有选择的精细分段分层试油排液工作。
