Exploration Implementation Project Legal Person Responsibility System Construction of Xinji Mining Area with High Quality and High Efficiency (Abstract) The Xinji Mining Area of Huainan Coal and Electricity Corporation was decided to develop in decision-making in the late Hundred years in Huai’nan municipal Party committee and government. The mining area is located in the middle of the southern edge of Huainan coalfield, across Fengtai and Yingxian counties with an east-west length of 38 km and a width of 3.5 to 5 km from north to south with a total area of 133 km2.
