（一）职业道德重在建设要以立为本,把“建设”作为我们工作的出发点和落脚点。以立为本,体现在职业道德建设的工作指导上,要紧紧抓住“一个规范,三个机制”这个核心,搞好配套建设。突出本单位、本岗位的特点:要以保证加强思想政治工作,精神文明,爱厂敬业,技术素质为重点,又要兼顾廉洁勤政,预防不正之风等方面的要求,从而,把职业道德建设的要求贯穿于各自的岗位责任、规章制度和劳动纪律之中去,形成看得见,摸得着,说得清,做得到的职业道德行为规范,讲求规范的针对性和可操作性。“三个机制”,即为教育机制、激励机制、约束机制。
