采用熔融共混法,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)作为增塑剂,将中药渣(CMR)与聚乳酸(PLA)共混,经注塑成型工艺制备PLA/CMR复合材料。通过吸水率、FTIR、力学性能、热重分析及SEM等分析手段研究了PLA/CMR复合材料水热老化后的性能。结果表明:温度对PLA/CMR复合材料老化行为影响较为显著,复合材料在60℃水热老化8天后,其弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别降低了88.3%和87.8%;在90℃水热老化15 h后,其弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别降低了97.8%和92.8%,在水热老化20 h后,材料的机械强度完全丧失。
The PLA / CMR composites were prepared by melt blending method using DOP as plasticizer and blending CMR with polylactic acid (PLA). The properties of PLA / CMR composites after hydrothermal aging were studied by means of water absorption, FTIR, mechanical properties, thermogravimetric analysis and SEM analysis. The results show that temperature has a significant effect on the aging behavior of PLA / CMR composites. The flexural strength and tensile strength of composites decrease by 88.3% and 87.8% respectively after hydrothermal aging at 60 ℃ for 8 days. At 90 ℃, h, the flexural strength and tensile strength decreased by 97.8% and 92.8% respectively. After 20 h of hydrothermal aging, the mechanical strength of the material was completely lost.
