纤维化学修饰材料应用广泛,如塑料模、泡沫塑料等。实验制备了1-烯丙基-3-甲基氯代咪唑[AMIM]Cl离子液体,纤维素在其中可较好溶解形成均相体系;通过与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚及阳离子化合成了不同聚合度的水处理剂,并进行性能研究。结果表明:纤维素在[AMIM]Cl中溶解性能良好、接枝共聚反应活性较好;纤维素聚合度较低时,其接枝物水处理剂对高岭土悬浊水的浊度去除率达94%以上,对草浆废水的浊度去除率达87%以上,COD值降低50%以上。
Fiber chemical modification materials are widely used, such as plastic mold, foam and so on. The 1-allyl-3-methyl-chloroimidazole [AMIM] Cl ionic liquid was prepared experimentally, in which cellulose could dissolve well to form a homogeneous system. Different polymerizations were obtained by graft copolymerization with acrylamide and cationization Degree of water treatment agent, and conduct performance studies. The results showed that cellulose had good solubility in [AMIM] Cl and good graft copolymerization activity. When the degree of polymerization of cellulose was low, the turbidity removal rate of kaolin suspended water was 94 %, The turbidity of straw wastewater removal rate of 87% or more, COD value decreased by 50% or more.
