针对复杂产品学科分划困难以及多学科设计建模中存在的视图一致性问题,提出了以主模型为导向、多学科并行建模的技术路线。介绍了产品的多学科设计优化方法,论证了设计对象功能行为的不同表达是多学科视图模型形成的基础;讨论了多学科视图模型之间协调一致的保证体系。将该方法应用于汽车车身的多学科设计优化,真正实现了设计信息的共享和动态交互,有效改进了产品设计水平。
In view of the difficulty of subject division of complex products and the consistency of view in multidisciplinary design modeling, a technical route based on the master model and multidisciplinary parallel modeling was proposed. The multidisciplinary design optimization method of the product is introduced. The different expressions of the functional behavior of the design object are demonstrated as the basis for the formation of a multidisciplinary view model. The coordinated guarantee system of the multidisciplinary view model is discussed. The method is applied to the multidisciplinary design optimization of automobile body, which realizes the sharing and dynamic interaction of design information and effectively improves the product design level.
