探讨精神分裂症阴性症状的临床特征及其与抗精神病药物的关系。方法对１１例停用抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者的精神症状进行前后自身对照观察。结果抗精神病药物治疗本身不会导致阴性症状，相反，停用药物会使原有阴性症状加重。结论支持阴性症状属原发性的观点。
To investigate the clinical features of negative symptoms of schizophrenia and its relationship with antipsychotics. Methods The mental symptoms of 11 schizophrenics with antipsychotics disabled were observed before and after self-control. As a result, antipsychotic treatment does not by itself cause negative symptoms. On the contrary, the discontinuation of medication may worsen the original negative symptoms. Conclusion The negative symptoms support the primary point of view.
