设计了一个能同时测定体相反应速率和催化剂片中心浓度的单片扩散反应器,研究了Pd/HM型轻质烷烃异构化催化剂上的正已烷异构化反应。根据Thiele-Zeldovich模型,从动力学实验中算得的有效扩散系数,和同一催化剂片上物理过程测得的有效扩散系数基本相等。
A monolithic diffusion reactor capable of simultaneous determination of the bulk reaction rate and the concentration of the center of the catalyst sheet was designed. The isomerization of n-hexane on the Pd / HM light paraffin isomerization catalyst was studied. According to the Thiele-Zeldovich model, the effective diffusion coefficient calculated from the kinetic experiment is almost equal to the effective diffusion coefficient measured from the physical process on the same catalyst.
