针对炼钢烧结工序产生的大量余热,建立了烧结余热双压发电系统的数学模型,开发了余热回收与优化系统,同时基于粒子群优化算法,以最大输出功率为目标,设计并优化了余热回收系统的主要参数,优化结果表明,锅炉出口高压蒸汽为过热状态,低压蒸汽为饱和状态时,系统的输出功率最大,系统采用最优参数时可实现年创造价值11 778.5万元。
Aiming at the large amount of waste heat generated in the steel-making sintering process, a mathematical model of twin-pressure power generation system with sintering waste heat was established and a waste heat recovery and optimization system was developed.
