采用紫外光谱仪动态研究了光敏重氮树脂与十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)在水溶液中的相互作用 ,证实了光敏重氮树脂在水溶液中的溶解性与SDS、SDBS浓度有关 ;阴离子表面活性剂SDS、SDBS可加速光敏重氮树脂在水溶液中的光分解反应速度 ,提高光敏性 ,且可降低光敏重氮树脂在水溶液中的热分解反应速度 ,大大提高光敏重氮树脂的热稳定性 ,并确认了光敏重氮树脂在水溶液中的光分解和热分解反应为一级反应 .
The interaction of photosensitive diazo resin with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) in aqueous solution was studied by UV spectrophotometer. The dissolution of photosensitive diazo resin in aqueous solution was confirmed The SDS and SDBS are related to the concentration of SDS and SDBS. Anionic surfactants SDS and SDBS can accelerate the photodegradation reaction of photosensitive diazo resin in aqueous solution, improve photosensitivity and reduce the thermal decomposition reaction rate of photosensitive diazo resin in aqueous solution. Greatly improving the thermal stability of photosensitive diazo resin, and confirming the photodissociation and thermal decomposition reaction of photosensitive diazo resin in aqueous solution as first-order reaction.
