利用电化学方法以及扫描电镜 (SEM)、扫描隧道显微镜 (STM )技术等 ,研究了添加Al对离子镀TiN薄膜涂层在 0 5mol/LNaCl和 1mol/LH2 SO4溶液中的保护性能和失效机制的影响 ,发现铝的添加使TiN涂层在中性和酸性溶液中的耐蚀性能明显改善 .Al元素对TiN涂层具有自修复作用
