用放射免疫法测定了75例反复呼吸道感染儿的唾液SIgA含量,并观察了大剂量补充VitA对呼吸道感染发病情况和SIgA含量的影响,结果发现,VitA防治反复呼吸道感染总有效率达95.2%,并能使唾液中低下的SIgA升至健康对照儿童水平。
The radioimmunoassay was used to determine the salivary SIgA level in 75 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. The effects of high dose vitamin A supplementation on the incidence of respiratory tract infection and SIgA level were observed. The results showed that the total effective rate of VitA in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections was 95.2% And raised SIgA in saliva to healthy control children.
