目的了解嘉定区居民肿瘤早发现知识及行为情况,以利针对性地开展健康教育工作。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法从全区抽取15岁以上的居民,采用“上海市慢性病及其危险因素监测(2013)”调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果居民肿瘤早发现知晓率男性为20.90%,女性为35.06%,男性低于女性;居民肿瘤筛查参与率男性为7.88%,女性为14.96%,男性低于女性;不同年龄组居民知晓率和筛查参与率均有差异,45~54岁年龄组的知晓率最高,为34.20%,75岁以上年龄组的知晓率最低,为13.65%,55~64岁和65~74岁年龄组的筛查参与率最高,为18.63%,15~24岁年龄组的筛查参与率最低,为3.56%;文化程度越高,早发现知识知晓率及筛查参与率越高。结论嘉定区居民肿瘤早发现知识知晓率和行为筛查率均处在较低水平,性别、年龄和文化程度等因素与知晓率、筛查参与率均有一定关系。今后应继续加强居民肿瘤防治知识的宣传教育,提高居民肿瘤防治知识水平和防癌意识,改善居民肿瘤早发现行为参与状况。
Objective To understand the early detection of cancer in Jiading District residents behavior and behavior, in order to facilitate targeted health education. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to extract residents over the age of 15 from the whole district and questionnaires were conducted using the “Shanghai Chronic Diseases and Risk Factors Monitoring (2013)” questionnaire. Results The awareness rate of residents’ early detection of cancer was 20.90% in male and 35.06% in female, and was lower in women than in female. The rate of cancer screening in residents was 7.88% for males and 14.96% for females, and was lower in males than in females. The rate of screening participation was different, the highest awareness rate of 45 ~ 54 age group was 34.20%, the lowest awareness rate of age group 75 years old, 13.65%, 55 ~ 64 and 65 ~ 74 age group sieve The highest participation rate was 18.63%, while the lowest participation rate was 3.56% in the age group of 15-24 years. The higher the education level, the higher the awareness of early detection and the higher rate of screening participation. Conclusion The rates of awareness and rate of early detection of cancer in Jiading residents are all at a low level. The factors such as gender, age and educational level are related to the awareness rate and screening participation rate. In the future, we should continue to step up publicity and education on residents ’cancer prevention and treatment knowledge, raise residents’ awareness of cancer prevention and control and awareness of cancer prevention, and improve their participation in the early detection of cancer.
