目的探讨宫颈癌治疗方法中热疗配合同期放化疗的最佳模式及毒副反应。方法将在我院收治的初诊宫颈癌90例患者(Ⅱa~Ⅲb期)随机分为三组进行治疗。A组:单纯同期放化疗;B组:同期放化疗+腔内微波热疗;C组:同期放化疗+深部射频热疗。每组各30例患者,观察三组的近期疗效和毒副反应。结果热疗+同期放化疗组(B、C组)的肿瘤消退、完全缓解率均明显高于单纯同期放化疗组(A组),而毒副反应又低于A组。B、C组之间的疗效无明显差异,而在毒副反应上,B组的皮肤反应、直肠反应明显低于A、C组。结论热疗配合同期放化疗能提高肿瘤的控制率,而腔内热疗配合放化疗在宫颈癌的治疗中更具有重要意义,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the best mode and toxicities of hyperthermia combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods 90 cases of newly diagnosed cervical cancer admitted to our hospital (stage Ⅱa ~ Ⅲb) were randomly divided into three groups for treatment. Group A: Simple concurrent chemoradiotherapy; Group B: concurrent radiotherapy + intracavitary microwave hyperthermia; Group C: concurrent radiotherapy + deep radiofrequency thermotherapy. Each group of 30 patients, observed the short-term efficacy and toxicity of the three groups. Results Hyperthermia + concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (Group B, C) of tumor regression, complete remission rate was significantly higher than the simple radiotherapy and chemotherapy group (A group), while the toxicity was lower than the A group. B, C group no significant difference between the curative effect, and in the side effects, B group skin reaction, rectal reaction was significantly lower than the A, C group. Conclusions Hyperthermia combined with chemoradiotherapy during the same period can improve the tumor control rate. However, endovascular thermotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy is more important in the treatment of cervical cancer and is worth recommending.
