1970～1995年共收治过敏性紫癜120例,其中腹型紫癜75例,男40例,女35例;年龄5～14岁,平均8.5岁。消化道症状出现在紫癜前21例,同时出现30例,紫癜后24例。消化道症状如腹痛69例,便血24例,大便潜血阳性21例,呕血11例,脓血便6例。合并肠套叠肠坏死3例,腹膜炎2例。误诊10例中肠寄生虫5例,肠套叠2例,急性阑尾炎、脓毒血症、出血性坏死性小肠结肠炎各1例,消化道症状先于皮肤紫癜者误诊6例。本组患儿均用皮质激素及抗过敏药物而治愈。平均住院时间12.5天(6～28
From 1970 to 1995 were treated 120 cases of allergic purpura, including 75 cases of abdominal purpura, 40 males and 35 females; aged 5 to 14 years, mean 8.5 years. Gastrointestinal symptoms occurred in 21 cases before purpura, while 30 cases occurred, 24 cases after purpura. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain in 69 cases, 24 cases of hematochezia, fecal positive occult blood in 21 cases, hematemesis in 11 cases, 6 cases of pus and blood. Combined intussusception of intestinal necrosis in 3 cases, 2 cases of peritonitis. Misdiagnosis of 10 cases of midgut parasites in 5 cases, intussusception in 2 cases, acute appendicitis, sepsis, hemorrhagic necrotizing enterocolitis in 1 case, gastrointestinal symptoms in the skin purpura were misdiagnosed in 6 cases. The children were cured with corticosteroids and anti-allergy drugs. The average hospital stay of 12.5 days (6 ~ 28
