内燃机车辅助电机是内燃机车中的重要部件,型号规格多达十几个,其质量的好坏直接影响机车的正常运行。辅助电机途中故障引发机破事故一直是机务系统带有普遍性的技术难题,已成为危及安全生产的严重隐患。究其原因,关键在于机车辅助电机检修后,不能进行额定负荷试验,无法有效控制辅助电机的装车质量。
