研究了超声振动磨削和普通磨削陶瓷深孔的对比试验。结果表明,超声振动磨削可明显地提高陶瓷加工效率,能有效地消除普通磨削产生的表面裂纹和崩坑,是陶瓷深孔精密高效加工的一种新方法。
The contrast test of ultrasonic vibration grinding and ordinary grinding deep hole of ceramic was studied. The results show that ultrasonic vibration grinding can obviously improve the processing efficiency of ceramics, and can effectively eliminate the surface cracks and collapsing caused by ordinary grinding. It is a new method of precision and efficient processing of ceramic deep holes.
