测定了两个6-氟喹诺言酮类新化合物Q54、Q67对17株细菌的体外抗菌活性,数据表明,Q67对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性明显强于对照诺氟沙星和环丙沙星;定量药物设计研究计算得到的Q67对金葡球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌抗菌活性的理论值比对照高,与实测值基本平行。
The antibacterial activities of two new 6-fluoroquinolone compounds Q54 and Q67 on 17 strains of bacteria were determined. The data showed that the antibacterial activity of Q67 against Gram-positive bacteria was significantly higher than that of norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin The theoretical value of the antimicrobial activity of Q67 against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa calculated by quantitative drug design research was higher than that of the control, and was basically parallel to the measured value.
