采用专家调查与数理统计等研究方法,对陕西省竞技体育人力资源的现状进行分析。结果显示,教练员的综合素质、项目布局、运动员培养、经费投入以及体育科研发展水平是制约陕西省竞技体育人力资源发展的主要因素。提出加强优秀教练员的培养、引进与交流,整合和优化竞技运动项目布局,加大竞技体育后备人才培养力度,加强体育科研监管和经费投入,密切体育科研与竞技体育训练的结合等对策与措施,为陕西省各级政府和体育管理部门制定有关政策以及确定体育发展规划提供参考依据。
Using the methods of expert investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the current situation of competitive sports human resources in Shaanxi Province. The results show that the overall quality of coaches, project layout, athlete training, funding and sports research and development level is restricting the development of human resources in competitive sports in Shaanxi Province, the main factor. It puts forward some countermeasures and measures such as strengthening the cultivation, introduction and exchange of excellent coaches, integrating and optimizing the layout of competitive sports, increasing the training of reserve talents for competitive sports, strengthening the supervision and funding of sports scientific research, and combining sports scientific research with competitive sports training , For all levels of Shaanxi provincial government and sports management departments to formulate policies and to determine sports development planning provide a reference.
