一、前言武昌车辆工厂生产的B19型机械冷藏车组制冷系统中的换热器(包括冷凝器、燕发器),由紫铜管和紫铜片构成。过去紫铜直管和弯管在用钎焊连接时,由于管内部的氧化皮及助熔剂残渣无法消除;弯管内部的油垢清除不彻底;用布和汽油拉擦直管时,管道中残留油垢纤维等脏物;焊接时的熔渣充填焊缝造成假焊等,常常引起制冷系统的脏、漏、堵等毛病,严重影响正常工作。
