研究了不同捕收剂对合成铌钙矿浮选的影响。这些捕收剂包括苄基胂酸、α-苯乙烯膦酸、双膦酸、环烷基羟肟酸和烷基羟肟酸。试验结果表明,双膦酸是浮选铌钙矿的一种有效选择性捕收剂。在双膦酸浓度为20mg/L和pH2.5~5.0的条件下,铌钙矿的浮选回收率为83.27%~85.10%。用红外吸收光谱(IAS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了双膦酸与铌钙矿之间的相互作用。X射线光电子能谱结果证明经双膦酸处理后的铌钙矿的P2p结合能偏移3.85eV,由此可知,双膦酸化学吸附在铌钙矿表面上。
The effects of different collectors on flotation of synthetic niobium ore were studied. These collectors include behenic acid, alpha-styrylphosphonic acid, bisphosphonic acid, cycloalkylhydroxamic acids and alkylhydroxamic acids. The experimental results show that bisphosphonic acid is an effective selective collector for flotation niobium ore. Under the condition of the concentration of bisphosphonic acid is 20mg / L and the pH is 2.5-5.0, the flotation recoveries of niobium ore are 83.27% ~ 85.10%. The interaction between bisphosphonic acid and niobium ore was analyzed by infrared absorption spectroscopy (IAS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results show that the P2p binding energy of the biphosphonic acid-treated niobium ore is shifted by 3.85 eV, indicating that bisphosphonate is chemisorbed on the surface of the niobium ore.
