磁场处理工业循环水具有一定的阻垢效果。在实验室利用研制的超强永磁场模拟处理工业循环水装置,研究磁场处理后循环水pH值与磁场强度、循环水速度、循环水温度、磁场处理时间、钙离子浓度等的关系,建立基于pH值的超强永磁场循环水处理阻垢效果评价模型,为研制磁场处理循环水的质量控制模型提供参考,为超强永磁场应用于工业生产实践提供必要理论基础。
Magnetic field treatment of industrial circulating water has a certain scale inhibition effect. In the laboratory, the supercritical permanent magnetic field was used to simulate the industrial circulating water system. The relationship between the circulating water pH value and the magnetic field intensity, the circulating water velocity, the circulating water temperature, the magnetic field treatment time and the calcium ion concentration was studied. pH value of super-permanent magnetic field circulating water treatment scale inhibition evaluation model for the development of magnetic field circulating water quality control model to provide a reference for the super-permanent magnetic field used in industrial production practice to provide the necessary theoretical basis.
