以6份枳种质Z-040、Z-037、Z-014、Z-004、Z-017和Z-046的实生苗为试材,在无土栽培条件下进行不同pH值(3.5、6.0和9.0)处理,测定酸碱胁迫(以pH值6.0为对照)后不同枳种质生长和叶片光合特性的变化情况,并采用隶属函数法比较6份枳种质的耐酸碱能力。结果表明,酸碱胁迫后不同枳种质的株高增长量、茎粗增长量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用率、胞间二氧化碳浓度和叶绿素含量变化存在不同程度的差异。6份枳种质对酸胁迫的耐性强弱关系为Z-004>Z-017>Z-046>Z-040>Z-014>Z-037,对碱胁迫的耐性强弱关系为Z-040>Z-017>Z-037>Z-004>Z-046>Z-014。其中,Z-017对酸和碱胁迫均表现出较好的耐性。
Seedlings of 6 parts of Zinfanoptera species Z-040, Z-037, Z-014, Z-004, Z-017 and Z-046 were tested under different soil pH And 9.0). The changes of the photosynthetic characteristics and the growth and the photosynthetic characteristics of Trifoliate (Citrus reticulata var. Annuus) were studied under acid-base stress (pH value of 6.0). The acid and alkali tolerance of six Trifoliate oranges were compared by membership function. The results showed that there were different degrees of plant height growth, stem diameter growth, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and chlorophyll content under acid-base stress . The relationship between the resistance to acid stress and the tolerance of 6 citrus aurantiums to Z stress was Z-040> Z-017> Z-046> Z-040> Z-014> Z- > Z-017> Z-037> Z-004> Z-046> Z-014. Among them, Z-017 showed good tolerance to both acid and alkali stress.
