脂肪来源干细胞具有自我更新及多向分化潜能,能够分化成平滑肌细胞、尿路上皮样细胞、内皮细胞、神经样细胞等,并且可以分泌多种生长因子。因此,脂肪来源干细胞结合组织工程技术,已成为近年来下尿路修复重建实验研究的热点之一。本文就利用脂肪来源干细胞作为种子细胞,对膀胱缺损、压力性尿失禁、勃起功能障碍等疾病的组织工程修复进行综述。
Adipose-derived stem cells have the potential of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation and can differentiate into smooth muscle cells, urothelial cells, endothelial cells, neuron-like cells and the like, and can secrete a variety of growth factors. Therefore, the combination of adipose derived stem cells and tissue engineering has become one of the hot topics in the research of lower urinary tract repair and reconstruction in recent years. In this paper, the use of adipose-derived stem cells as seed cells, the bladder defects, stress urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction and other diseases of tissue engineering repair were reviewed.
