应用紊流三维数学模型对内燃式热风炉内冷风在蓄热室中的分布进行了研究 ,模拟发现其分布极不均匀 ,大大地降低了热风炉的蓄热能力。通过计算机模拟寻求改善其分布的途径。同时把模拟结果应用到了生产实际中 ,实践证明该研究成果有显著的经济效益。
The three-dimensional turbulent mathematical model was used to study the distribution of the cold wind in the internal combustion hot blast stove in the regenerator. The distribution of the cold wind in the regenerative stove was found to be extremely uneven and greatly reduced the thermal storage capacity of the stove. Seek ways to improve their distribution through computer simulation. At the same time, the simulation results have been applied to the production practice. The practice proved that the research results have significant economic benefits.
