副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)是一种分布极广的海洋细菌,夏季海水及海产品中常带有此菌。近年来,VP成为我国首要的食源性致病菌,特别是在一些沿海城市,由该菌引起的食物中毒占细菌性食物中毒总数的比例高达60%以上[1-2]。义乌市海产品资源丰富,VP也是主要的食源性致病菌[3]。脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术因其分辨力高、结果重现性好,而被认为是细菌分子分型的“金标准”[4]。
Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) is a widely distributed marine bacterium that is commonly found in summer seawater and seafood. In recent years, VP has become the most important food-borne pathogen in our country. Especially in some coastal cities, the proportion of food poisoning caused by this bacterium accounts for over 60% of the total number of bacterial food poisoning [1-2]. Yiwu seafood rich in resources, VP is also the main foodborne pathogens [3]. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) is considered the “gold standard” for bacterial molecular typing due to its high resolving power and good reproducibility of results [4].
