在脉冲爆振发动机 (Pulse detonation engine,PDE)上采用旋流式气动阀 ,并获得成功应用。在此基础上 ,通过测量旋流式气动阀正反向流动阻力系数 ,研究了旋流式气动阀的工作机理。同时 ,还研究扰流片形状、阻塞比、扰流片片数及间距对扰流器阻力系数的影响。研究表明 :PDE旋流式气动阀反向流动阻力系数仅比正向流动阻力系数大 5 %~ 3 6% ,并通过试验结果建立了 PDE旋流式气动阀工作机理。试验中发现 :扰流器的阻力系数和扰流片型式、堵塞比、扰流片数目和间距有关。这些研究结果对 PDE旋流式气动阀和扰流器设计有较大的参考价值。
Swirl pneumatic valves are used on the pulse detonation engine (PDE) and are successfully used. On this basis, the working mechanism of the swirling pneumatic valve was studied by measuring the forward and reverse flow resistance coefficient of the swirling pneumatic valve. At the same time, the influence of spoiler shape, blocking ratio, number of spoiler pieces and spacing on spoiler drag coefficient was also studied. The research shows that the reverse flow resistance coefficient of PDE swirling pneumatic valve is only 5% ~ 36% larger than the forward flow resistance coefficient, and the working mechanism of PDE swirling pneumatic valve is established through the test results. The test found that: the spoiler resistance coefficient and spoiler type, blockage ratio, spoiler number and spacing related. The results of these studies have great reference value for PDE swirling pneumatic valve and spoiler design.
